Will my books get wet in the monsoon?
They shouldn't. Your books go into a sealed water-proof sleeve first, then leaves in a rain-resistant outer mailer, so there are two separate barriers between your books and the weather.
Do you charge extra for packaging?
No. Packaging costs you nothing extra. Delivery is charged separately.
What if a book arrives damaged?
Books are sourced on request. Once a book is delivered there is no refund or cancellation, unless the book(s) is damaged or the wrong book(s) was sent. Report a damaged or wrong book within 3 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you. See our policies page for the full terms.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet as an option at checkout. Occasion boxes for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries are something we're working on. If a book is a gift, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll pack it with extra care.
